ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Met with warmth, honesty, and deep care.
With over a decade of clinical experience, I bring a collaborative approach to therapy grounded in compassion, curiosity, research, and genuine human connection. Therapy looks different for everyone — sessions are thoughtfully paced, evidence-informed, and deeply personal.
-
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who carry significant responsibilities in their personal and professional lives. They may be entrepreneurs, caregivers, students, corporate leaders, community advocates, or stay-at-home parents who often prioritize others while leaving little space for themselves. They may be navigating relationship challenges, demanding careers, major life transitions, or periods of feeling overwhelmed, while also seeking support as they pursue meaningful personal or professional goals.
From the outside, they are often seen as capable and successful, yet internally they may be struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, or a sense of disconnection from what matters most. Together, we create space to better understand these patterns, reconnect with your values, and build a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your goals.
-
Drawing from evidence-based approaches, I tailor our work to your individual needs — honoring your lived experience, building on your strengths, and supporting your capacity for resilience and growth.
Sessions are available in person in Cincinnati, with telehealth throughout all PSYPACT states.
MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Hi, I'm Bryn.I am a licensed psychologist who helps individuals navigate life's complexities with greater clarity, confidence, and room for joy. Using evidence-based therapies and a collaborative approach, I hope to create a space that honors the insight, values, and skills you bring to the process.
I have a deep appreciation for the pressures that come with responsibility, caretaking, and striving to meet expectations. Having extensively lived and traveled abroad, I bring a unique understanding of how culture, identity, and life experience shape who we are. I am strongly committed to providing affirming and culturally responsive care, and I value working with clients from diverse communities, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals.
Outside the therapy room, you'll find me researching a new place to visit, lost in a good book, or catching up on the latest movies and shows.
